What is an office contact block?

The office contact block allows contact details for a business or office to be displayed within the context of other page content.

A map can be used to show where the office is located.

The data displayed in these cards is taken from the 'office' area of EpiServer.

Usage guidelines

Do's

  • Office contact cards should represent an office or business only
  • A map showing the location of the office or business can be used
  • Phone numbers must be formatted for display using the E-123 standard:
    • International +XX XXXX XXXXX
    • National XXXXX XXXXX
  • for the 'tel:' link the number must be in the E-164 standard:
    • +XXXXXXXXXXX
  • Ensure phone numbers and email addresses are links using the correct protocol

Don'ts

  • Don’t use the office contact card to display person contact details
  • Avoid having office contact details outside of this block
